“Beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. Hosts are fantastic. From Kostas picking us up and at the end delivering us back to the airport, to the amazing (included) breakfasts, different deliciousness created by Athena and Xenophon and delivered to our room each morning. The apartment is the most beautiful and dramatic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views from the balcony, common areas and every room are perhaps the best that Santorini has to offer…and that is saying something. Very private which is uncommon on the island…as you will see many rentals have tourists literally looking directly into the property night and day. Comfortable, spacious studio with a wonderful common area and pool. Great location. The perfect intersection of private apartment and hotel. Maid service, breakfast and Chantal is the consummate host. Great value for money…look no further…this is the place.“

“This place has everything. The most amazing view just outside your room. We cannot say this enough. Chantal made me, my wife and our daughter feel very welcome and like we were visiting family. The apartment was super clean, the decor tastefully done and anything you may possibly need available for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing the next morning with very kind and lovely staff serving us and telling us what we were being served. 5 stars and more.“

“We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The streets of Santorini disappear in the villa. The views are out of this world and the staff is exceptional. They went out of their way to make our stay as convenient and relaxing as possible, including Kostas picking us up from the airport and dropping us at the ferry port upon check out. They also organized a car rental. Athena’s breakfast was different and delicious every morning. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space, and the pool level was so nice to come back to after exploring the villages. It’s an easy walk to Fira and Imerovigli and the bus station is about a 10-15 minute walk.“

“We had an absolutely terrific time at Chantal’s place. The lovely gentleman picked us up from the airport, helped carry all our luggage, and kindly dropped us off at the end of our stay. Every day started with a delicious home made breakfast served on the balcony. They asked what time we’d like to eat at, as well as any dietary restrictions. Our room was cleaned, bed made, linens replaced etc on the daily. I was ill one night and they were prompt to help me with what I needed. Now, the balcony… it alone is worth every penny. Perfectly unobstructed and private views of the famous sunset and beautiful Aegean Sea. I emphasize “private” because as you’ll see when exploring Santorini, a lot of other stays are easily visible by the public from the main walkways above. Chantal’s place was completely private, even though it’s off a main walkway. The location is fabulous, a quick walk to Fira and 15mins to Oia, but without the crowds and conveniently located to delicious cliffside restaurants. It doesn’t get better than this.“

“Everything about Chantal’s place is amazing. The location is excellent, just outside of the hustle of Fira and the views are breathtaking. Chantal arranged transport to and from the airport and Kostas helped with our luggage (even at 2:00AM) as we had an early flight. Every communication was responded to quickly and with a great touch. The breakfast that is prepared by Xenofon was exceptional and included delicious local varieties of food each morning. If we come back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!“

“This is not an ‘ordinary’ rental; you’re getting a luxury villa with so much privacy. The place has such an amazing view that each night we opted to sit on our patio for sunset while hundred’s of people stood just above (yet out of view) of our villa. Wonderful surprise was a personal chef and server to bring breakfast with fresh croissants, eggs, yogurt, jam, honey, pancakes, and coffee. As we explored Santorini we were welcomed back to a cleaned villa with fresh towels and a made bed. No kidding, every time I arrived at the gate I would wait for photographers to get their click of this amazing place I was staying. Chantal even arranged our travel to/from the airport. Highly recommend!“

“My family of 15 had a fantastic stay at The Seahorse Residence & hated to leave. The villa far exceeded our expectations! The location is ideal & within walking distance of many shops & restaurants, it has gorgeous views of the sunsets, the villa is spotless (beds made & clean towels each day) & the daily breakfast prepared by Athena & Xenofon was bountiful & delicious (we also had them prepare a wonderful dinner one night). The entire staff can’t be beat! Chantal, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer & was always available to help with anything we needed. To sum it up, you will not be disappointed if you stay at The Seahorse Residence. We had a spectacular week with memories made that will last us a lifetime!“

“The Seahorse Residence is a beautiful and unforgettable villa that allowed us to have such a memorable wedding weekend celebration with our family and close friends. All the guests could not have been more complimentary of the staff for their helpfulness and politeness, as well as the actual layout of the villa, which overlooked the incredibly beautiful Santorini sunsets and Aegean Sea. The villas offered both a communal and intimate environment where guests could meet in common areas for food, drink or the pool, while also allowing guests to enjoy their own private space if they preferred to stay in one of the 8 available bedrooms. Chantal helped organize all the events with the various photographers, caterers and entertainment and was so very helpful in making our day special. We had our concerns with planning a wedding remotely from the US, but Chantal and her staff truly did an exceptional job in making it a weekend we will look back on fondly for years to come. We already are looking forward to celebrating an anniversary there in the future. The food by Fontas was incredible! The breakfasts each morning are top notch. Thanks again to Chantal and her staff!”

“Everything about our stay was outstanding! This has to be one of the best places to stay in Santorini, from the location, to the private, amazing balcony/view, to the cleanliness, to the wonderful breakfast served right on our balcony every morning, this was probably my best AirBnB experience to date. If you’re going to rent private transport, then it’s super convenient because they’re able to drop it off right by the AirBnB. If and when I come back to Santorini, I would love to stay back here again. It will be my first choice. But in the meantime, I will suggest this place to anyone wanting to spend any amount of time in Santorini.”

If you value starting your day with breakfast, book this place NOW. We were served some of the absolute best breakfast my husband and I have ever had, with new breakfast being served to our private villa daily at whatever time we chose. The pictures do not do justice for the peace and serentity of this property. We HIGHLY recommend staying at Chantal’s place, so much so, in fact, that we will likely stay at her place again when we return next year.”
